Meet Inaudy
I. Gil.
Founder of IIJ Coaching & Consulting, Inaudy I. Gil, MS, CPEC, partners with executives and organizations to develop leadership and workplace culture through an inclusive, people-first lens.
Inaudy I. Gil founded IIJ Consulting in the summer of 2021, when the United States was facing a moment of social and racial reckoning. Since then, she has worked with corporations, nonprofits, educational institutions, government agencies, and community groups, supporting leaders in building organizations where culture and performance can grow together.
Born in the Dominican Republic, Inaudy immigrated to the United States as a child and has lived in the Hudson Valley since 2003. Her practice draws on more than two decades of work alongside leaders and organizations navigating diversity, equity, accessibility, inclusion, and the complex social questions that shape what organizations are asked to be today.
For more than nine years, Inaudy has also served as Executive Director of the Orange County NY Human Rights Commission. The dual role is intentional. The work of leadership and the work of equity are not separate practices; they sharpen each other. She was an English as a Second Language Instructor at SUNY Orange for over 15 years.
She holds a Master of Science from CUNY Hunter College and an Executive Certification in Diversity and Inclusion from eCornell. She is also a Certified Professional Executive Coach through the CaPP Institute.
