DEI SEEDs for Managers
Managing people effectively, and through a culturally humility lens, can be challenging.
Providing leadership staff with proper training that can help address challenges that include communication barriers, unconscious bias, lack of conflict resolution skills amongst many others, is vital for the success of the organization.
IIJ’s DEI SEEDs for Managers Training will equip leaders with important knowledge and resources that will help navigate these everyday challenges effectively.
